Quick question... how do I clear out the current buffer?

Post by windupbird »

I think SooperLooper is exactly what I was looking for, however when I was playing around with it as a plugin, I kept wanting to find a "reset" button, that cleared the audio buffer and got me to the same spot as I was when I started my session.

I guess I could always just "Insert" a new recording with the volume turned all the way down, but this just seems weird.

Is there any way to clear out all of the recorded audio?

Yes, Undo All, which can be done by long-pressing the Undo button on a loop. This can bound to midi as well, either directly, or with a long-press of Undo (or some of the other combo record-or-overdub like commands). To do long-presses via midi you need to use a note event binding.
