I've just finished making an eight switch foot pedal out on an old USB keyboard and so far it is working pretty well. Two of the characters I chose for switches are '.' and ',' however and they don't seem to be liked by the keyboard mapping facility in SooperLooper. If I go into .sooperlooper and edit the XML things work just fine so I'm not really worried about it, but I just thought I'd mention it in case it is a bug of some description.
