64bit Au problems

Hi everyone

I'm having strange issues with the plugin and MainStage. I think others have had similar.
Things work pretty well when I set up a concert from scratch. The problems start when I try to reopen the concert. If the SL plugin is active in the concert it fails to open and sticks after loading some plugging. If I save a version without the SL plugin I can usually reopen it and start the plugin but then all mu bindings are lost.

I tried the 32 lives trial and that version of the the revived 32 bit plugin opens and saves very well but the sync to MS seems to go out the window.

When its all working its brilliant. I just want to save it and reopen where I left off.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Just an update.

I discovered what was causing the problem and I thought it might help others to know.

After much trial and error deleting plugins and patches, I tried disconnecting anything with a USB connection. I realised the MS files would load fine. I finally tracked it down to my EWI5000 which was connected via USB.

All I need to do now is make sure the EWI is not connected when I open a MainStage file, then plug it in after its loaded.

So pleased to have my SL back again.

Hope it helps someone.

First of all: thank you for having found the solution! I was going to give up with SL.
I am using Mainstage 3.2.4 with the 64-bit SL AU plugin and I have the very same problem with my Roland GI-20 (GK-MIDI interface).

Tip for Jesse: is it possible that this is determined by the constant flow of Active Sense MIDI events sent from the devices?
Anyway, thanks again!
